14th Annual BCM Summer Shorts Movie Jam: 48 Hour Filmmaker Challenge
The Summer Shorts Movie Jam: 48 Hour Filmmaker Challenge is a fundraising and awareness building event for Berkeley Community Media. Launching Friday at 6pm on the steps of Berkeley Community Media, filmmakers are given three essential clues (A Theme, A Phrase and An Object) and challenged to write shoot and edit a short film of 10 minutes or less in just 48 hour time period. Films are screened at The Art House Gallery and Cultural Center on Sunday 7pm in front of a live audience. A celebration of community and indy film as well as prizes and filmmaker interviews are the focus of this fundraising event.
